We will review your accounting books and records on a regular basis, reconcile bank and other critical accounts, review all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Accounts for aging and collectability and recommend appropriate month end journal entries to complete your financial statement preparation. 

Once the accounting books are closed, we will then prepare the company's financial statements - Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet - on a comparative basis relative to prior periods.  These reports provide the foundation for business management and decision making.

Cash Flow management is critical to the success of your business.  Once the financial statements are prepared, they serve as an excellent starting point to project the future cash flows of the company.  We can assist in preparing these projections to enable the business to assess its future capital or financing needs.  

We can assist you in the setup and implementation of your accounting system and software.   We will establish an appropriate Chart of Accounts, ensure good beginning balances, and train you or your staff on sound accounting policies and procedures.
